Reliance Jio announces Freedom Offer for new AirFiber customers

India’s leading telecommunication service provider, Reliance Jio, has announced a new Freedom Offer for new Jio AirFiber customers. Under the offer, new Jio AirFiber customers will get a 30 percent discount through a waiver of Rs. 1,000 installation charge. The Freedom Offer is available until August 15, 2024.

To further this pace of digitizing Indian homes and converting India into a Digital Society, Jio is announcing a promising offer that further encourages more homes to get connected – a further 30% discount on the already affordable Jio AirFiber plans,” the company said in a statement.

Reliance Jio Freedom Offer details

The Reliance Jio Freedom Offer is available for new Jio AirFiber customers until August 15, 2024. Customers opting for the 3-month Rs. 599 plan (excluding taxes) will receive a waiver of Rs. 1,000 installation charge. The 3-month Rs. 599 plan costs Rs. 2121, including taxes. Without the offer, customers would have to pay Rs. 3121, which includes the installation charges. However, with the Freedom Offer new customers can enjoy the AirFiber connection along with the 3-month plan only for Rs. 2121.

For the unaware, the Rs. 599 Jio AirFiber plan offers access to unlimited data at 30Mbps speed with a fair usage policy (FUP) of 1000GB. Post FUB, customers can avail unlimited data at a reduced speed of 64Kbps or they can purchase a data booster pack. Furthermore, the plan offers over 800 on-demand TV channels and 14 OTT apps, including Sony Liv, Disney+ Hotstar, Lionsgate Play, Sun NXT, Hoichoi, Discovery+, ZEE5, ShemarooMe, DocuBay, ALTBalaji, Eros Now, EPIC ON, JioCinema (premium is not included), and ETV Win.

Availability

The Jio AirFiber Freedom Offer is available from July 26 to August 15. Interested customers can visit their nearest Jio Store or give a missed call to 60008-60008 to book a new connection. Customers will also get an outdoor unit, a Wi-Fi router, a 4K Smart set-top box, and a voice-active remote at no additional cost.
