iQoo, on Thursday, launched the iQoo Z7 Pro smartphone in India. The phone features a 6.78-inch 120Hz full-HD+ AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC, 5G connectivity, 66W fast charging support, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. Further, the phone runs on the Android 13 operating system out of the box with FuntouchOS 13 customization on top.

The iQoo Z7 Pro features a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+ support, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, and 1300 nits of peak brightness. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7200 (4nm) chipset paired with Mali-G610 MC4 GPU, 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS2.2 onboard storage.
In terms of optics, the iQoo Z7 Pro sports a dual rear camera setup of a 64-megapixel Samsung GW3 primary sensor with f/1.79 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth senor with f/2.4 aperture. For taking selfies and making video calls, the phone has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.45 aperture lens. The phone packs a non-removable 4600mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging technology.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors include an accelerometer, proximity, ambient light, magnetometer, gyroscope, and an in-display optical fingerprint reader. Lastly, the phone measures 164.10mm × 74.80mm × 7.36mm and weighs 175 grams.
Pricing and availability
The iQoo Z7 Pro is priced at Rs. 23,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs Rs. 24,999. The phone comes in Blue Lagoon and Graphite Matte color options. It will be available to purchase via the Amazon website and iQoo.com in India from September 5, 2023, at noon.
Launch offers include Rs. 2,000 instant discount on purchasing the phone using SBI or HDFC credit cards or an additional discount of Rs. 2,000 on exchange. Customers can also avail of six months of no-cost EMI.
