Huawei has launched the Huawei Y9s in India through Amazon. The phone is available in Breathing Crystal, Phantom Purple, and Midnight Black color options.

Huawei Y9s features a 6.59-inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) LTPS LCD Ultra FullView display. The phone is powered by an octa-core Kirin 710F (12 nm) chipset (4x 2.2 GHz Cortex A73 & 4x 1.7 GHz Cortex A53) paired with Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. Huawei Y9s comes with a 6GB RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 internal storage configuration. It also supports MicroSD cards of up to 512GB for storage expansion but uses a shared SIM slot.

Huawei Y9s boasts a triple-rear camera setup of 48 MP f/1.8 primary camera, 8 MP f/2.4 ultrawide angle lens, 2 MP f/2.4 depth sensor. For taking selfies, the phone has a motorized pop-up 16 MP f/2.2 camera. Huawei Y9s is fueled by a non-removable 4000 mAh battery that supports 10W charging. The phone runs EMUI 9.1 based on Android Pie (9.0) out of the box.

Connectivity features included are Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, dual 4G VoLTE, GPS, 3.5mm Audio port, and USB Type-C port. Sensors included are gyroscope, proximity, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, compass, and side-mounted fingerprint reader.

The Huawei Y9s is priced at Rs. 19,990 for the solely 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The phone will be available to purchase starting May 19 on Amazon India website. The launch offer includes Rs. 1000 cashback and no-cost EMI.
