The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on Wednesday allotted short code ‘155359’ and ‘155368’ to Government of Uttarakhand and Government of Odisha respectively to act as a helpline number.
Short code ‘155368’ has been allotted to Government of Uttarakhand to manage call center for Ayushman Bharat Beneficiaries, PMJAY. The State Health Authority will look after the operations. DoT has sanctioned Category I service which will restricted to the state itself with metered service as Calling Party Pays.
Shortcode ‘155359’ has been allotted to Government of Odisha for WATCO (Water Corporation of Odisha-A State Public Sector Undertaking providing Drinking Water Services) for monitoring of Grievances by Government of Odisha.
DoT has sanctioned Category I service which will restricted to the state itself with metered service as Calling Party Pays. The short code will terminate on Toll Free number 1800-345-6783.
