Seeking Help Windows 10 locks instead of hibernate

Guys whenever is hibernate my windows 10 laptop, it locks instead of hibernatiing. although if i disable sign-in, it works righty and goes to hibernation. so it has something to do with the sign. anybody have solution?

Hibernate is not really recommended anymore, even by Windows, hence it is disabled as default. You could either sleep or do fast shutdown, which will boot up machine very quickly
