Most of hollywood studios Stuck different output deals with different broadcasters and Streaming platforms, that's the big revenue source for hollywood Studios/third parties in Indian every language. If they sign exclusive deal or acquire own content for their own platform, they will never survive in market.

But they (HBO Max and Disney+) are popular in US market. They will lease their movies to 3rd Party (Netflix and Prime video) after premier of their movies in their OTTs.

They are already shrinking Broadcasting channels in every region, now they need calculator after Acquiring HBO/WB library for 1000 Cr for just 3 years. Don't compare Other Subscription OTTs with Zero Subscription OTT Streaming platform. be Hotstar, Netflix, Amazon, Sony Liv or Zee5 their premium/sports contents under Subscription plan only.
