Jio Cinema Asli 4K resolution not available on Jio AirFiber 4K STB

I am not getting ASLI 4K resolution on my Jio STB provided with Jio Airfiber connection on my Sony 4K TV

I think I am missing some HDR setting..

I am keeping 2160 60 HZ and HDR settings ON in my Jio Airfiber STB

I tried a factory reset but still not able to get 4K

Is there any additional settings need to be configured to view 4K Content??

I am getting 4K on all the apps using Tata Play Binge+ STB connected to Sony TV

I rarely use Sony TV alone and when I use it it was mostly to view 4K contents using Hotstar and it plays fine

Same issue for me too. All apps except JioCinema streaming 4K smoothly including Hotstar, Prime Video, Netflix and YouTube

Even I'm also not getting Asli 4K in my Jio Airfiber STB and when I click on any options in Jio TV+ it is opening very slowly

You guys are getting (expecting) 4K on Jio??
Here I’m not even able to connect a call to/from my Jio number and (except streaming YouTube probably @144p) not able to open any website while connecting through JioFiber for the last 10 days!
