Seeking Help Unable to upgrade Prime Video Subscription

I have recharged annual prepaid plan of Rs 3227 which comes with Prime Video mobile. While trying to upgrade it to tv/laptop tier, it is asking for 1250 rupees. Shouldn`t upgrading from mobile to tv plan cost around 500 rupees?
