Seeking Help Suggest: A good 5.1 Home Theatre having SPDIF/ Digital Audio Input

If i am using ARC from TV to HT, then there is no need to connect Digital Optical cable right ?? And i will get Dolby 5.1 from ARC ???
 
My HT is coming today.

Guys pls suggest the best method to connect to TV/STB.

ARC or Digital Audio (Optical) to get 5.1 Dolby Digital from TS HD STB ???

What's your home theater model? If you have multiple HDMI inputs in the HT and a HDMI out, you can connect your STB HDMI out to HT HDMI in. From HT HDMI out, connect to your TV HDMI in.

Well i have shortlisted 2 HT models, They are:

Sony DAV-DZ350
Sony HT-IV300

Which of these 2 models are better, I have a Sony Bravia Android LED TV and Tata Sky HD

In Sony HT IV- 300 5.1 home theater system You find most of the feature what you want in you requirement anish Bro price around 19000
