It's not necessary that I have to take USA membership I can change country in setting along with India Amazon account then I can take ₹999/- Indian membership that's a benefits it has with Amazon.

Yup I got it free if I had purchased in November when they have Black Friday month I would have got echo dot device with 20$ more but I miss it then also it's a great deal.
I wanted to highlight a very important point regarding 4K fire tv is that only few of American content can be played in India even prime content you can watch only Trailer not movie or show you will need premium VPN service which will cost another$50 to $150 depending on month service or yearly service on regular Indian ip you won't access American content as it will display (you can't watch due to geographical territory) and also alexa app and Amazon music goes in hiding when you re-register your 4K firetv with Indian account and it will look same as your fire tv stick only that you will get 2160p @60hz rest UI will be same like your Indian firetv stick but you can notice picture look more sharper and brighter and even text is more clear thanks I had cousin VPN and also for app like watch espn or all CBS access your account should be register with TVs cable service provider of us. But 4K Netflix is awesome but prime has only TVs show in UHD that also very few. If you are looking for Netflix 4K content then you can buy else it's not of much difference to firetv stick sold in India.
