Purchased Amazon FireTV Stick Lite

Harsh reality...
FTS lite is not good..i think it's a failure product...
Mine is not working properly..1St Netflix button not worked...today not booting/switching on..tried some trouble shooting..it switched on..sadly no audio..
Then reset to factory default..still same issue..
Contacted amazon customer care...intiated return and getting refund...they pick from office of my Son...
So the buying ended in sad note...

I already have FTS 4K..
I want only HD version...so not want invest more for nothing...after refund i am looking at FTS HD...

It's a new product..i think issue is of software more than Hardware..
