They are updating every day. They are either adding, removing or changing the information. Why can't they be more professional..?

Terms and Conditions - Point-No #14.

• One time refundable amount includes deposit for devices and advance towards installation services (Rs 1,000). Refundable only if service is discontinued in the 30 day trial period upon return of devices in working condition.

It means once we decide to keep the service after the trial, the initial one time refundable amount of 2500/1500 becomes non-refundable..?

Old customers paid installation+refundable deposit + plan charges during installation. Looks like that is not the case now.

They have updated the semi-annual and annual plans. The only long-term benefits we get is 15 days extra on the semi-annual plans and 1 month extra on the annual plan.

It would be more feasible if they provide 15 days extra on quarterly, 30 days extra on semi annually and 60 days extra on annually paid plans.

Going by what has been happening from the beginning of this week, they can change numerous number of times but till 5th September they have to fix all this after making the final decision. As currently none of the existing customers has been shifted to the new plans and neither the new ones can recharge and choose these plans as they all are currently in the trial plan for 30 days.
I'm waiting to hear from the existing customers whose plan got over. Have they made any recharges? What plan? Or does they got any extension or extra data till 5th September?

Ordered a new connection. Tomorrow installation. Dealer said only 999 or above plan is available for set top box. I disagreed. He doesn't have any info about Netflix/new stb. Eagerly waiting.
