To everyone asking, yes - - we can watch Jio's OTT App Subscriptions using other devices. I am in the old Silver Plan (849+GST).

Sun Nxt
SonyLIV
Zee5
Disney+ Hotstar
Jio Cinema

I am not using these apps via the Jio STB. Instead, I have downloaded these apps onto my TV from my TV's Google Play Store. And I have logged into all of them using my Jio Fiber's Registered Mobile Number. Subscriptions for all of them are working fine.

In fact, I already had Disney+ Hotstar subscription. Now, my Disney+ Hotstar app shows that it has both:

1) Premium subscription (the one I had)

2) VIP subscription (the one that came with Jio Fiber)

I am pretty sure logging into these apps via mobile should work too.

Voot used to have login option through only email. Now they have introduced mobile number login too.

I have logged into the voot website using both the Jio Fiber's registered mobile number and the registered email Id as a login option. Neither of them have Voot Select subscription.

In the Jio website's page for Jio Fiber plans, see just below the 'JioFiber Prepaid Plans' table. There is a note that mentions Netflix. I believe they have removed Netflix just from the preview plans. It should be available with the regular plans (Diamond and above).

" Notes:
- GST Additional
- Customer need to activate Amazon Prime and Netflix for the first use in Jio STB.
- All plans have symmetric upload and download speed.

Netflix will be added by 5th September, as they mostly add apps on Saturday. Also they introduced Jio Fiber last year on 5th September, so it's 1st anniversary of Jio Fiber. Also, the text message we all are getting says the plan will be upgraded on 5th September. Also the new plans clearly indicates that Netflix will be provided by them. Hence, all this indicates that Netflix will be added sooner.
Personally I feel they will add Netflix on 4th September.

They have updated the Quarterly Plans and Terms and Conditions. They have also included details about Netflix now.

They are updating every day. They are either adding, removing or changing the information. Why can't they be more professional..?
