i got the new stb and it has all 136 apps so i think the problem is ours were the old stb which didnt have all the apps

Voot Select (premium) is not available in Jio Fiber yet. That's only the basic Voot app we all are getting.

Basic-Voot is available for free for everyone right (even non-jio subscribers)? Then why is jio explicitly mentioning Voot under subscriptions?

Better ask this question from their team.
But if you watch voot over mobile device, you will encounter hell of ads in it, but that's not the case in this Voot app provided by Jio Fiber.
Also there are many live channels which you won't be able to watch over Mobile app but here through JioFiber, you will be able to watch live all the channels available. May be that's why this subscription.

Voot works well from JioTv+ as well. I watched Khatron Ke Khiladi from the JioTv+ app itself.
