Uneducated old might have garnered experience over more younger educated. Or Uneducated old might not pick up what educated young might have. Both ways there are exceptions.
I see a builder in my city, Just 7th Passed but makes many lakhs every month.

He is already better.

On anyday would prefer literates over ILLETRATES.

Who told you making money and education arr directly proportional??

We have already given enough 5 years to test that and have seen difference between educated and uneducated.
 
So the education and the capacity to rule. Are they always proportional?
I analize it myself, dont have to hear from anyone else [Is the answer for "who told you"asked to me]
Look at those people, mostly illeterate, concentrated in villages... Still succeeding in farming/agriculture! They are nto MPhils or Phds. Sometimes those secure A+ grades in education arent literate about society while a much lower educated will be better at life.

So, Still my opinion is - literacy, capacity, outcome etc are not again related in same way for every person. Exceptions are always there.
