Now a days OEM like Samsung, Apple are even putting 5G network sign on their 4G phones to make people fool, so nothing new :cautious:

I dont know whether people knew this already but i came to know yesterday since i switched to jio. After inserting sim on my s7 the network showed me LTE+ . Previously its showed me only LTE. But i dont find any difference on speed.

There is one code in Samsung to check bands used in CA. If it's LTE+ then there should be some increase in speed. Check under different towers.

Normal LTE networks has transfer upto 100 mbps speed. LTE plus networks will support upto 300 mbps data transfer. Only Cat6 standard mobiles supporting LTE+.
Lenovo P Series supporting LTe+

Bro I said this thing I think an year back when I noticed the same in my dad's Moto G5 Plus. Also mentioned that I was getting about 100 mbps when I did a speedtest.
