Likely browsers issues. Try reinstalling chrome and also Android System Webview if your device has that

Restarted phone and updated chrome and Android system webview. Now chrome working but sometimes it showing that 'Chrome is not responding'. 3 and 4th problem still exists.

Clear cache of chrome.

How much is your phone's RAM, ROM?
How much free space does the phone have?

Connect to wifi & check if the apps are working or not. If apps are working then the issue is due to Jio SIM.

If the issue is not solved with DNS change. Then there's an issue with Jio APN on your mobile. Try to change server option in APN to www.google.com and check once.
