Yes bro you need to pay 99 extra if you need Prime, but it is not mandatory. I took 499 plan which gives same benefit for 91 days and without prime membership.

My account primary number does not have Jio prime membership

My other sim which has prime has Jio Prime icon beside My account and for that validity is till 31-Mar-2018

I recharged my number with 100 talk time voucher just in case I need to dial US numbers for office work.

I normally use Skype for US calling but this is like back up plan if Skype has any issues.

Is there any pack data only pack in jio. One of my fnd working in jio asked me to come after completetion of current pack. But i still have doubt whether such pack exist. He told me he will recharge with 300 for 84 days with 1.5gb per day.

As per data on Jio official site all their plans incude free calling benefit no such exclusive plan for data except addons to increase data limit.

I went to JIO Sales executive in my area..
He comes with an Umbrella placed on his bike with JIO..
I believe sales executive still selling the old plan @399 for 84 days.. I did it yesterday and on the other hand the website plan are bit expensive..
So my suggestion is look for Original JIO sales executive and they will offer you the better price..
Its the same price for a new connection or for port in..

From Airtel and although i have v secondary connection as Vodafone.. I m slowly going to discontinue my Vodafone number..
