Obviously data is charged for streaming ott apps.

These plans are not attractive. Many players are giving already a better plans... So it's not a deal catcher.

They are only creating a hype nowadays.. seems company is running a loss...
 
Thought jio will ruin internet and dth service by their competitive plans.. but totally disappointed. I have hathway which gives 2400GB free every month for the rent of 799+tax.

No Its free with 3 months or above plan only.
3 or above months comes in Welcome Offer segment
If you scroll down on Jio page where welcome offer table, is given, it says 3, 6 months and annual only

Even the free access to Jio Cinema or JioSvaan starts from 3 months plans only
