Jio & BSNL have some sympathy on Customers money than AVOID.

Airtel has always compensated me for the inconvenience caused. Same wasn't the case with Jio. I haven't recieved any response till date.

I don't even get the purpose of Jio Prime. If I had to pay for Jio Saavn while getting sh#tty customer service.

Jio allows advance recharges and no money to deduct in prepaid

Jio allows advance recharges and no vas to deduct money.

They took money from me for Jio apps in the name of prime. But didn't gave Jio Saavn's premium services.

Not really, if IUC is removed then off-net calls will automatically become free for the remaining validity of the plan. The amount of balance you have in your talktime will be refunded to you, that's what Jio had specified at the time of implementation.

Refund? No Refund will be given.Jio already gave 1 GB per 10 rs talktime recharge
