How to configure bsnl broadband with huwaei hg630a

My friend used airtel broadband before and he moved to new house now.airtel not available, so he got bsnl connection.how to configure bsnl broadband in huwaei hg630a.called to bsnl customer care no use.bsnl line man have no knowledge on this.thanks in advance

Both are different technologies. It won't work. You need to buy ADSL2+ modem.

Have input as RJ11

For configuration
Enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar
user name (default is user) and password (default is HuaweiUser)

Na bro. I have vdsl modem. Same wire was used for both adsl and vdsl modem. So port is same either rj45or11

If the airtel one used a phone line in the previous house, then it should work with BSNL..

you just need to reconfigure it with the username and password.
also check if any static IP was set.. it needs to be either changed or removed!

If it has a telephone line input or if BSNL is providing VDSL service, then it'll work. Else not.
