Got my JioFi Device

Hi guys, i got my jiofi device yesterday from reliance digital. Came home and inserted the sim, but showing no 4g message on the device. Is it due to sim not activated or no tower in my place?

First confirm Jio 4g available in your area or not, after that only we can find what is the issue..:k

I have two questions and friends I am waiting for your answer.
1 how to reset mifi device.My password is not working so I have to reset it.
2. If I can use jio4g voice app on 2g or 3g mobile for calling purpose or not?

1. open battery cover there is reset button in a hole and push this button for one second.
2. yes you can call using jio app

When I am trying to make a call through Jio 4g voice app.I am getting an error message-
Unable to place your call as your jioFi is not connected to any network.
Why this is coming?
