try to visit other stores near u...and make a call and confirm that they have stock or not...

Also try to call customer care and put pressure, if you have pre booked it in store then goto that store and demand for it.

Put pressure and also lodged complain via email because many jio store selling phone in black even to a customer who have not book a phone with charging premium on it.
