From the beginning the current union govt is biased toward bjp ruled state and state where election is going to be happened.

It seems from current situation that Federal system is creating lot of problem, look at TN and karnataka dispute, Andhra and telangana dispute, WB and Bihar Farakka barrage dispute, WB and Bangladesh Teesta river dispute, Delhi and neighbouring state pollution dispute, I am sure there are countless many more dispute. So if we had one central govt like China then there would not have these disputes
