Seeking Help Getting error on Prime Video, can not play on mobile on devices

I am trying to play Amazon Prime Video on my S8 and Nokia 8. Both are giving this following error:

I tried:

• Clearing app data from setting
• Uninstall and reinstalled the app
• Restarting the device

None of them worked. I have not found an easy way to contact prime video team about it from primevideo.com

Any help would be appriciated.

My both devices running on Android Oreo 8.0

After i mentioned this to amazon cs, his reply was:

On Oreo update, there is some issue.

He also said,

Anyways, let me escalate the problem so that the development team can provide an exact resolution for this.

Hoping for Oreo compatible version soon.

My mobile one plus 3 is also running on Android 8.0.0 Oreo but I am able to play Amazon prime videos without any issues.
