Atleast for 4K HDR they should try to roll to all devices at the same time. Instead like D 5.1. Still Samsung & LG smart TV 's yet to receive the same.

I think first 4k hdr rollout for Android tv, Apple TV, fire stick 4k...
Roll out started next month(only guess)

Let your PQ go upto 22.4 Mbps, you'll notice the difference, the quality is really good, waiting for them to add Dolby Vision to this

Disney+ is available on PS4 and Xbox in the USA, but is there any plans for the Indian version i.e. Hostar for PS4 /PS5 / Xbox?

FYR! FPS and Refresh rate are two different things. Even Netflix offers only 24FPS as far as I Know.

But netflix 4k quality is too good in 15mbps ...
