I was dying to get vaccinated. I eventually got Covid. Than had to wait for 2 weeks to get vaccinated. Now proposing more delay? Government sure has some id*ots making guidelines.

Seriously dude sitting in a living room and typing this is hard than studying hard on science. Govt might be elected by us but the expertise gain their position by hard work how can they be stupid?

We went from one of the least affected countries to worst effect country in a month. So, it's safe to assume those doing their job isn't good at what they are doing.

Yeah, I can agree with that. Public completely dropped the ball.

And another thing that most vaccine naysayers including opposition leaders like akhilesh or chattisgarh cm would like us to forget is the role they played in increasing vaccine hesitancy. Many 45plus, including in rural areas are still in 2 minds regarding vaccine and this is the age group which has suffered maximum casualty and burdened the medical setup.

*Covishield side-effects in me peaked after 12 hours of vaccinations. I took vaccine around 9:54 AM. I had fever last night around 8 PM(100° F checked at 10 PM).. Chills around 10:30 PM. I was literally trembling. There was also lose of smell. But now i am recovering well. Fever went down. Now it is 99.1° F. Also i can smell. Slight headache is still there. Will keep updated.

I think it is quiet common.Doctors normally advise to take a Dolo or some other Anti Pyretic for fever.I think you will recover in a day or 2.
