Yes. They can send sms once a day but voice record is a problem. When I am calling I cut the 1st call just after 2 second, then dialing again. But the receiver is busy on other call..

It's a bit better that they are not starting the caller tune with the cough. When I heard this for the first time, I actually thought it was a cross call and disconnected twice. I realized later, it was the caller tune.
