And it is not as if states demands will stop here. The essence of these continuously changing demands is to indicate that somehow the states are putting in their honest effort and it is the centre which is putting cumbersome restrictions on them. So if they fail to 'order' and arrange logistics for 18plus or anything else, it is not their fault. Kindly point the fingers at the center.

Centre should have access to the data. But the app should be handled by states.

That is different thing all together. For example - Covaxin by Bharatbiotech can be produced only in BSL 3 laboratory. So far centre has given permission to haffkin in maharashtra which has facility to produce it. They wi;; be ready to produce it by august/september. Few days back, Bharat biotech approached Bombay HC and took permission to use facilities of Intervet India to further auugment production. So increase in production is happening.

But it certainly wont happen under guidance of individuals who only engage polemics.

The problem is not with App but with availability of vaccines which can't be solved by making a new app

After Harsh Vardhan and Modi ji my remaining wrath is reserved for Kejriwal.This donkey instead of doing any work just blames everyone but himself,makes illogical comments and photo ops.Him and Harsh Vardhan are proof that education doesn't makes you a better administrator.

Again the businesses will see the quantum of order,profit before entering into vaccine manufacturing.Our requirement is of immediate availability of vaccines.6 months down the line if vaccine is made available it is not going to solve our current problems.Anyway already government owned vaccine firms are in process of TOT for Covaxin.
 
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking him to direct Bharat BioTech to do technology transfer of Covaxin and ICMR-NIV to provide the viral strain to whoever is interested and capable of manufacturing the vaccine, so that patents or Intellectual Property Rights do not become a hindrance to increasing the production and affordability of the vaccine.
