Seeking Help Can't see Amazon Prime Voucher after ₹299 recharge

I just now recharged with ₹299 plan, but I don't see anything related to an Amazon prime coupon on the Airtel app

Can anyone tell how to activate Amazon prime after 299 recharge? I recharged from Airtel thanks app only

Did u recharge after expiry of previous plan validity? If yes then wait a little by tomorrow morning or afternoon card will show on airtel app or sms will also come. At this point airtel servers undergo maintenance hence it causes disruptions in regular flow

Yes. I recharged it 10 mins back only tho so still wait till Sunday morning?

Yes bhai, wait till morning or max noon. If it still does not work then try reinstalling or resetting the app.

Do click on discover option available on top on app interface, u will see the offers available for ur number there too. Just activate the one u want

Add airtel broadband account too on the app if u have one and some more benefits will be given. DTH is not covered right now under airtel thanks program
