BSNL FUP Speed increasing to 4 Mbps from 1st May

Waste plans.planning to surrender bsnl broadband and going to use bsnl sim 1099 plan 3g unlimited without fup.i am getting 8mbps speed and 4 mbps speed average

there is no use in 499 if they increase Pre - FUP speed.

FUP limit is 2gb on 499 plan.

I have two connections, one at home and another at office. At office I am getting 4Mbps (on FTTH) while at home I am still getting 2.5-2.8 Mbps which I was getting earlier too.

Not sure how they are implementing this.
