BSNL Post FUP Speed increasing to 1Mbps

Speed increase in bihar

Speed has not increased in BSNL North Zone i.e. Punjab Haryana HP UP,etc.

Yesterday I confirmed from Shimla's BSNL exchange and they told that speeds have been increased to 1Mbps

I am yet to test it myself,my FUP has been over still I am downloading at 2mbps due to bsnl's flaw,would update here my speed after 2mbps is gone

TOday morning I got the message that my FUP data is exhausted and now I have to browse with low speed

I restated my router and this is the speed I am getting(1mbps),sadly I was expecting good Ping too for games
