BSNL Post FUP Speed increasing to 1Mbps

I am at my uncle's home since yesterday and they were having 2 mbps 2 G [ Earlier 1 GB] plan and we just used that yesterday now today morning when i started the router it says your fup is over as always so i selected the option of browse with decreasing speed :shy and the speed i got after that :sp hya :luv

:new  I received a message from BSNL Tamilnadu circle stating that , Enjoy Downloads @ 1Mbps after the High speed quota Limit From 01.08.2016. I have attached the screenshot the message.  :k  hya

The extra pre fup on select plan is effective for all circles or only for tamilnadu circle as tn bsnl website only showing the update. Bsnl main website has no clue about all these things.

Speed has not increased in BSNL North Zone i.e. Punjab Haryana HP UP,etc.
