No for 5.1 audio channels u can't change between stereo and dolby. Only ac3 audio available for those.

One thing I forgot to mention earlier that Airtel Fiber home connection (FTTH) cable quality is way better compared to Jio Fiber FTTH cable. JioFiber cable is very thin that the fiber inside can easily break when it's bent. Airtel has provided good protective layers outside so it helps.

Airtel uses two kinds of OFC cables for FTTH.
1) Outdoor Cable - The one which you have in the first pic.
2) Indoor cable - It will be the same thin cable that Jio uses but it will be in white color.

Basically airtel's outdoor cable is indoor cable + extra weather protection layers. If you cut and sleeve it that white indoor cable will be visible.
