Sad News New Airtel Black (Fiber + IPTV) connection turned into a nightmare due to sales person mistake

@Bapun bro i have sent mail to net (at) airtel (dot) com and kept appellate authority person of my state in cc of mail

But no reply till now waiting for their reply mail.
Both of them were very slow to revert even for my issue.

Guys wanted to inform you that due to that mistake or installation guy of cancelling my active airtel black order i have lost access to my IPTV box it says your dth account suspended on airtel thanks app and on IPTV box screen it says pay your bill to continue

Customer care said your IPTV box is unbundled from your black plan fiber thats why this happened but they cant add my IPTV box along with fiber due to my old black tv order already in progress (that duplicate one which supposed to be cancelled) so they cant bundle my iptv to fibre from their end and asking me to ask local sales person who created order to cancel from their end

Now problem is local installation guy and sales person both are not taking my call because they know its their mistake they cancelled my original order. They not even bothering to pickup my call i tried calling 50-60 times since yesterday morning

What to do now any suggestions are welcome i am helpless now
Continuesly trying to get my problem resolved but no one helping neither local provider nor airtel wifi/dth or airtel black team.

I suggest you to raise a new connection request from a different number and when the sales person visits your place, ask him to provide contact details of your area manager. My local team was helpful, so they immediately provided me the details and I got my long pending issue sorted.

Like @anubhav bro said, they are generally slow. It mostly takes a week for first communication.

For resolution or at least assured response under 24 to 48 hours, try filing a grievance on the PG Portal - CPGRAMS-Home.

You can also try reaching out via X @Airtel_Presence

@TechXpert bro, has there been any progress/resolution to your issue by now?
Issue not got resolved by sales team yet. They not even now picking up my calls.

Today on Friday 18th April i reached nearby airtel authorised store and told them i need to rebundle my iptv box to fiber (airtel black) they tried but due to old airtel black order request in progress (that duplicate one) its not proceed so they cancelled that order and told me it will take maximum 4 Hours but within 30 min i got order cancellation massage. So i again reached store but that store person gone for Lunch break so i came home.
At evening i called them on their mobile number

They asked 2 otp but after that they said there is technical error so they will try again later.

Now i will go Tommorow again

Just hoping Tommorow to be succeed in merging both fiber and iptv in one black order

I wish you all the best bhai! Hope everything gets resolved. This thread stands a testament how tremendous hassle it is for the customers. No doubt Airtel getting hate.
