Airtel VoLTE has a strange issue here. If we call any number VoLTE icon goes off and call gets cut as soon as dialed. After that non-VoLTE call works fine with low voice quality. Happens to everyone or just me?
Same for me. Always showing volte but incoming calls not connect.
 
Yes , airtel VolTe not working properly . Airtel Volte not working with Jio Volte.

When someone calls me he/she getting my no out of The network . When I call then no problem
Here opposite. But problem is either way for everyone. Airtel seriously should do something about it.

That's because when call is established it moves to 3G which many a times is non existent hence call fails to continue call.

I've been facing this since last 1.5 yrs and currently on manual 2G with zero data. I'm using wifi for data and while on move i use Jio, major issue with Jio is it doesnt have a 2G hence many a place where 4G has issues Jio wont work.

I'm planning to test BSNL and if it works, will check if i can port to BSNL. Only worry with BSNL is i guess they are trying to turn it into another Jet Airways to benefit someones friends.

Huh, i raised a request during Feb 2018 (Yes, last year beginning) that i dont get 4G nor 3G and zero data while im on postpaid unlimited, that ticket is still open and whenever i call nodal desk they say tower is being upgraded and will get resolved within 2 months and after a few months someone will call & ask if the problem is rectified and once again i call nodal desk they repeat the same 2 months. I keep telling them that this issue is irrespective of location, one nodal officer said i should try changing plans or get someone else sim and test as selected accounts face these issues as Airtel doesn't want to provide data to those who have more numbers connected within a single account. So this isnt a technical issue, rather a technological malpractice to loot customers.

It's a one good for nothing network but unfortunately for those people into business Jio or Vodaphone has a long way to catch, once 4G/VoLTE is strong and covers all place Airtel will lose mass subscribers within no time.

Just imagine, i just get just Airtel 2G with zero data deep indoors, Jio gives min 20Mbps to max 36 Mbps via VoLTE. When JIO can do this, why cant Airtel. If JIO has stolen all the towers then why should people stay with Airtel? Either Airtel has to do everything to match its competitor or expect a disaster in the making.

In-spite of all these I'm still using it for the one and only reason that i get uninterrupted 2G calls wherever i go even to some reserve forest
