Twitter support is the best these days for any company. Even for worse ones like Airtel!😂

I was finally in a situation that i felt Airtel CC can not help me and since it was backend thing store people also couldn't. Then one fine day i accidentally contacted them via Twitter and they for the first time in last 3 years acted like humans with genuine replies without template copy pastes which they do on Email, IVR etc.
Only public shaming works. I got locked out of my paytm wallet. Contacted chargeable customer service via my Vodafone number for weeks losing over 300 in balance. Still I didn't got the promised callback. I tweeted them once they contacted me next morning.

Airtel really doesn't know how to do business. Why the hell they keep changing their recharge amount every month? Last month I recharged for ₹49 now it's ₹48. Unfortunately, my money got stuck as the transaction failed.

Jio is the best.👍
Jio customer don't need to do monthly minimum recharge to receive incoming calls.
I recharge my backup Jio no once in 4 months just to be safe that they not deactivate my no.

I think Airtel and others are not Jio to give away everything for free. All the free things offered by Jio will come to an end... Soon Bsnl will go down. Then we'll have only 3 operators. Jio will try to reduce that too. Then you'll see its real face. And expecting everything for free is too much. You want to use a network for incoming? Pay for it.

It's not just about free. They keep on changing recharge amounts every month causing inconvenience to user. These are not even major change in pricing. But ₹1, ₹2 difference which causes confusion. I think Jio has auto renewal recharge for prepaid numbers which no other operator offers.

Shameless Airtel charging Rs.35 every month just to receive incoming calls and giving merely 35 balance that too chargeable 2/minutes for outgoing. Atleast they can give minimum 60 minutes. In my village more than 60% people who owned basic keypad phone shifted to Jio Phone because of this.
Just see TRAI customer addition report Jio is added more than 6 million customer last quarter and airtel/voda-idea loosing millions of customer every month.

I think It's good, they also need money to provide stable network and better speed. By doing that old numbers which are no longer needed will be removed and load on Cellular Towers will be reduced as a result Active users will get better speed.

Airtel Provides 3x more speed than Jio in my area even with one or two bars while Jio never gives that speed because Jio network is extremely congested.

Agree with it bro but their net speed is not stable here in rainy season.
If they want money from Customer then they need to provide better net speed.

I had so much trouble converting from Airtel postpaid to prepaid. They gave me proper nightmares.
