Airtel's customer service is very poor I firstly Installed Airtel Airfiber But I am not getting proper speed cc says in your area our network is weak they also Not Sending Engineer To solve speed issue almost a month after I disconnected Airtel Airfiber and switched to jio airfiber

Do a speedtest on your airtel 5g sim if you have and see the network quality in your area.. if it's bad, airfiber would perform bad too...

Symmetrical speeds can't be achieved in Airfiber.

Can be achieved, see this.
Symmetrical speeds can be only achieved on upto 40 Mbps plans on AirFiber. If 100 Mbps plan is taken, it won't cross beyond 55-60 Mbps max. Some users aren't getting good upload speeds even with 30/40 Mbps plans.

This is because of how the upload speeds are capped on wireless networks. It's designed with the aim of general browsing purposes, not for data/resource hungry works like uploading.

Yes symmetrical speeds achieved only for 40 Mbps plan. As I use Jio Airfiber 100mbps plan, upload speeds hover around 35-57 Mbps only. But download speeds are solid and stable as per plan

I figured it out myself. I removed the device from the clamp and hung it in a tree, I get 5G. The device clearly shows, Green, Orange and Blue. Green is good 5G signal, orange is weak 5g and blue is 4g from what I checked. I placed it in a position where I get 5G. Now I get good speed. This is a small problem which a technician could have checked during installation.
