I get 5G in my mobile and it performs better the moment I step out of the home. I can even use hotspot when I keep my mobile outdoor. Now, this device is sitting in the terrace. He simply drilled a hole on the terrace wall and placed it. It worked only one day. From the next day, it never crosses 2 mbps. It's clearly an installation issue. I called customer care, they kept restarting. I asked them to send technician, they said ok and took complaint. They simply closed.
Today I called again, they're not ready to take complaint. They raised a request to call back. None called so far.
Worst technician + worst coverage + worst customer care = Airtel.
