Its my mothers native called Courtallam (Kuttralam or Kuttalam, Spa of South India, is a panchayat town situated at a mean elevation of 160 m (520 ft) on the Western Ghats in Tirunelveli District of Tamil Nadu,), This is the place i've visited most. Minimum once every year during childhood days but now barely once in two years.
Fathers native is a City called Madurai,

Bro, make sure these thingsNot getting data as well as VoLTE
1. your handset is compatible with Airtel-VoLTE
2. Enable VoLTE switch
3. Restart the device (Restart even if the above two is already done)
If these doesn't work check other Airtel users if they are getting VoLTE in your area or not.
Once VoLTE symbol appears on top bar of android then you'll get data.

Just checked with my friend, VoLTE is not available Here.
