Also aggressive rollout should be considered, now since they have received huge investment and have fixed LCO issues at most places then there should not be any issues in faster rollouts.

May be they will announce X Cloud in partnership with Jio. Microsoft is partnering with Jio to launch X Cloud in India. Ambani is quite interested about gaming in India.
