25 to 50 fps makes a GIGANTIC difference than 4K. IPL production is only 1080p 50fps which is upscaled to 4K by some services. Even the "Asli 4K" you get on JioCinema is fake 4K.
I know the difference of 25 fps and 50fps very well...
I am bothering about quality getting in streaming in my tv screen only ... it doesn't matter its HD,4k,25fps,50fps...
TV also upscaling input signals...I know the technical things of streaming and telecast and not new to me brother...

Every telecast either it's live streaming or dth telecast all has to come through edit, mixing system...live streaming has to be added multiple camera's, running commentary and all aspects which they show to us in to one .....
There they makes suitable changes...

Not really. In stadium they are using 4K cameras… Production can’t be 1080p
You can use even 8K cameras, what matters the lowest denominator in the entire pipeline. 4K is very computationally intensive and adds lot of delays when processing/editing live footage.
