Asus has launched the ROG Phone 3 gaming smartphone in India. The phone comes in a single Black Glare color option and supports various accessories, including AeroActive Cooler 3, TwinView Dock 3, ROG Clip, Kunai 3 Gamepad, and Mobile Desktop Dock.

The Asus ROG Phone 3 features a 6.59-inch Full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+ support, 144Hz refresh rate, 270Hz touch sampling rate, and brightness up to 650 nits. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ (7 nm+) chipset paired with Adreno 650 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device runs Android 10 OS with ROG UI out of the box.
Asus ROG Phone 3 sports a triple rear camera setup of 64 MP f/1.8 Sony IMX686 primary sensor, 13 MP f/2.4 125-degree ultrawide angle lens, and a 5 MP f/2.0 macro camera. The rear cameras support 8K recording at 30fps, 4K recording at 30/60/120fps, 1080p recording at 30/60/240fps, and 720p recording at 480fps. For taking selfies, the phone has a 24 MP f/2.0 camera.
Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS/ Glonass/ BeiDou/ NavIC/ Galileo/ QZSS/ GNSS, NFC, 4G LTE, 5G, one side-mounted 48-pin connecter, and one USB Type-C port. Sensors included are proximity, electronic compass, gyroscope, accelerometer, ambient light, and under-display optical fingerprint reader. The phone also includes ultrasonic sensors for AirTrigger 3 and grip press.
The device is fueled by a non-removable 6000mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging technology. Asus ROG Phone 3 comes with dual front-facing speakers with Dirac HD Sound technology, and quad microphones with Asus noise reduction technology.

The Asus ROG Phone 3 is priced at Rs. 49,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant while the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 57,999. The retail box includes AeroActive Cooler 3, Aero Case, USB Type-C to Type-C cable (120 cm), USB Type-C to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter, and a 30W USB power adapter.
