After offering 1GB high-speed data on a free trial to select customers recharging with prepaid plans on the lower end, Bharti Airtel is now seemingly offering 1GB high speed-data, incoming and outgoing calls on a free trial to those customers who haven’t recharged their Airtel numbers.
Airtel credited 1GB high speed-data, incoming and outgoing calls for 3 days on a free trial basis on an inactive Airtel number. Airtel further in its SMS urged the customer to recharge with an unlimited pack to enjoy better services. The number, in this case, wasn’t recharged for over a month.
Airtel is separately offering 1GB high-speed data on a free trial basis to Airtel customers recharging with Rs 48 data pack. The free trial is also for a 3 day period although it doesn’t offer any calling benefits.
The complimentary pack to inactive customers is seemingly attempt to cut down on the monthly churn by getting the customer to recharge again after offering calling and data benefits on a free trial basis.
