Xiaomi launches Students Plus program in India offering up to Rs 2,000 discount

Xiaomi has recently launched a program aimed at providing students in India with various discounts when purchasing its products. Known as the Xiaomi Students Plus program, it seeks to make Xiaomi’s products more affordable for students, who often have limited budget.  

The Chinese technology giant has partnered with UNiDAYS, a global discount website for students. Under the offer, students can now get a flat discount of up to Rs. 2000 on Xiaomi products. The discount is currently available on Xiaomi’s Mi Store App. However, to take advantage of it, students must first verify their account on the UNiDAYS portal.

The Xiaomi Students Plus program offers a variety of discounts on Xiaomi’s products. Students can get up to 40% off on Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones, up to 45% off on Xiaomi and Redmi laptops and tablets, and up to 45% off on lifestyle products. Additionally, all protection plans, including Mi Protect, Mi Extended Warranty, and Mi Complete Protect, are discounted by 50%.

The process of availing the Xiaomi Students Plus program offers is straightforward. First, students must download and open the Mi Store App. Second, they should register as a student on the UNiDAYS portal. Third, they need to collect the coupon code from the UNiDAYS offer page. Finally, they should add the desired product to their cart on the Mi Store App and apply the coupon code during checkout.
