Voot partners with upGrad to expand its content play to edutainment

VOOT, Viacom18’s digital streaming platform and upGrad, an online higher education company have partnered to create a doorway for consumers and professionals to access education and entertainment videos under one roof. The lockdown has seen a major increase in the consumption of OTT video platforms and the online education industry.

VOOT with the partnership will now have exciting entertainment content across formats and genres with quality up skilling content as part of its offerings. A dedicated upGrad section on the Voot app will offer informative content on the domains of Data Science, Blockchain, Tech and Management curated by the upGrad in-house content team. The playlist will have snackable videos and sessions hosted by industry leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) which will include upGrad Shotgyaan, Crash course in Data Science, and a recently curated interesting list of Work From Home (WFH) tech tips as starters with frequent additions to the content library.
