Vodafone Idea rolls out revised plans effective 3 December

Vodafone Idea has today become the first telecom operator to announce its new prepaid tariffs for its prepaid services. The new plans will be available all across India from 3 December 2019.

Vodafone Idea has today become the first telecom operator to announce its new prepaid tariffs for its prepaid services. The new plans will be available all across India from 3 December 2019. The operator is now offering different categorized plans such as Combo Vouchers, Unlimited plans with different validity of 28,84 and 365 days, Unlimited Sachet and First Recharge Plans.

Here are the new plans of Vodafone India

Combo Vouchers

The operator is offering two types of this vouchers at Rs 49 and Rs 79.

  • Rs 49 Rs 38 Talktime, 100 MB data, 2.5p/sec tariff, 28 days validity
  • Rs 79 Rs 64 Talktime, 200 MB data, 1p/sec tariff, 28 days validity

Unlimited Sachet

  • Rs 19 Unlimited On-net Voice, 150 MB data, 100 SMS, 2 days validity

Unlimited Plans

The operator is offering 4 plans with 28 days validity, 3 plans with 84 days validity and 2 annual plans.

28 days pack

  • Rs 149 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 1000 mins for off-net calls), 2 GB data, 300 SMS, 28 days validity
  • Rs 249 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 1000 mins for off-net calls), 1.5 GB/day of Data, 100 SMS/ day, 28 days validity
  • Rs 299 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 1000 mins for off-net calls), 2 GB/day of Data, 100 SMS/ day, 28 days validity
  • Rs 399 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 1000 mins for off-net calls), 3 GB/day of Data, 100 SMS/ day, 28 days validity

84 days pack

  • Rs 379 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 3000 mins for off-net calls), 6 GB data, 1000 SMS, 84 days validity
  • Rs 599 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 3000 mins for off-net calls), 1.5 GB/day of Data, 100 SMS/day, 84 days validity
  • Rs 699 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 3000 mins for off-net calls), 2 GB/day of Data, 100 SMS/day, 84 days validity

Annual Plans

  • Rs 1499 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 12000 mins for off-net calls), 24 GB data, 3600 SMS, 365 days validity
  • Rs 2399 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 12000 mins for off-net calls), 1.5 GB/day of Data, 100 SMS/day, 365 days validity

First Recharge Plan

The operator is offering four FRC plans for its new customers.

  • Rs 97 Rs 45 Talktime, 100 MB data, 1p/ sec tariff, 28 days validity
  • Rs 197 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 1000 mins for off-net calls), 2 GB data, 300 SMS, 28 days validity
  • Rs 297 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 1000 mins for off-net calls), 1.5 GB/day of Data, 100 SMS/day, 28 days validity
  • Rs 647 Unlimited Voice (FUP of 3000 mins for off-net calls), 1.5 GB/day of Data, 100 SMS/day, 84 days validity

Vodafone Idea rolls out revised plans effective 3 December

All of Voda-Idea’s unlimited plans now come with FUP for off-net voice calls. 28 days validity plans offer 1000 mins of off-net calls with 84 days plan offering 3000 mins of off-net calls. Annual plans are offering 12000 mins of off-net calls. Off-net calls made after free usage in the plan will be charged at Rs 6p/min.

Vodafone Idea issued a statement along with the price hike release. The company said

Customers can avail their benefits by just selecting the plan best suited to their specific needs and continue to enjoy seamless connectivity across India.

Building on its largest spectrum footprint and by accelerating its network integration, VIL is speedily expanding both its coverage and capacity and is well on track to offer 4G services to 1 billion Indian citizens by March 2020.
