Vodafone Idea partners OnePlus to deliver 5G device ecosystem in India

Vodafone Idea is working with OnePlus to make 5G more accessible to Indian smartphone users. The telecom operator has also planned the 5G tech experience for OnePlus users at the India Mobile Congress 2022 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Indian telecom service provider Vodafone Idea has partnered with Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus, to deliver 5G device ecosystem in the country. India Mobile Congress 2022 will take place from 1st to 4th October 2022 in New Delhi, India, where PM Modi will inaugurate 5G services. Vi will work with OnePlus to make 5G more accessible to Indian smartphone users.

According to a statement, OnePlus flagship smartphones, including the OnePlus 10T, OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus 10R, OnePlus Nord 2T, OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite, and OnePlus Nord CE 2, have been tested on the 5G spectrum bands acquired by Vodafone Idea in Delhi NCR.

In the first half of 2022, OnePlus appeared as the top 5G smartphone brand on the Indian eCommerce websites in the Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 price segment, as per the recent Counterpoint India channel share tracker for Q2 2022 research.

The telecom operator has planned the 5G tech experience for OnePlus and Vi users at the India Mobile Congress 2022 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Vi users with eligible OnePlus devices will be able to visit the booth at Hall 4, Booth no. 4.15. Further, the users will also experience a wide range of India-specific 5G technology solutions and use cases.

Vi states that it will continue to work with various smartphone manufacturers to enable its 4G customers to upgrade their handsets for 5G readiness. For the unaware, Vi has bought 1800 MHz (n3), 2100 MHz (n1), 2500 MHz (n41), 3300 MHz (n77), and 26 GHz (n258) bands for Rs 18,799 crore to deliver 5G services in the country.

but to retain, they need investment in network, which means extra money.

but last 6month vi cant able to grab single sinvestor, nor promoter.

so vi think they can make themself 5G ready so new investor can put his/her hard money to make vi floating.

its like put less than crores to show potential to get capital worth 100 cores.
