Vi Movies and TV now has Basic, Classic, and VIP tier of access

Vi Movies and TV has recently restricted the access to content on its platform to Vi customers with Basic, Classic, and VIP tiers. The tier you get access to depends on the mobility plan you have subscribed to. The lowest tier of access is Basic whereas the highest tier of access is VIP. The access to Vi Movies and TV currently comes with all Vi postpaid plans and Vi unlimited prepaid plans over Rs 149.

Vi Movies and TV Plans and Offers

Vi Movies and TV Basic tier offer access to 24*7 Live TV channels and news on 1 device. Vi Movies and TV Classic tier offer access to 24*7 Live TV channels and news, blockbuster movies, latest originals and web series, and daily TV shows and catchup.

Vi Movies and TV VIP tier offer access to all of the Classic tier content along with access to premium Hollywood movies. Lionsgate Play is among those behind the VIP tier with Classic tier users forced to recharge with MRPs 405, 558, or 398 to get access to the VIP tier.

English content from Voot Select and others however is housed under the Classic tier rather than the VIP tier. The VIP tier seems to be dedicated to Lionsgate Play with Airtel Xstream also having Lionsgate Play behind the Premium subscription plan.

The basic tier offers access to 1 device, the Classic tier offers access to 2 devices, and the VIP tier offers access to 3 devices. VIP tier also gives Amazon Prime and Netflix benefits on select postpaid plans.

MRPs 149, 1499, 269, 379, 218, 199, and 219 are the prepaid plans that offer access to Vi Movies and TV Basic access which includes access to live TV and news on the app.

MRPs 405, 558, 398 are the select prepaid plans that offer access to Vi Movies and TV VIP access which includes full access to premium movies, originals, live TV, news, and more on the app.

On the postpaid front, MRPs 1099, 699, 499, 399, 649, 799, 999, and 1348 offer access to Vi Movies and TV VIP access which includes full access to premium movies, originals, live TV, news, and more on the app.
