Unified communications provider RingCentral recently bagged International Long Distance (ILD), National Long Distance (NLD), and Access Service authorization under a fresh Unified License (UL) from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). The company which also offers collaboration solutions for businesses of all sizes bagged the Unified License authorization under its subsidiary RingCentral India Private Limited.
The company has bagged ILD and NLD authorization for National Area whereas the Access Service authorization is seemingly for two telecom circles at this point in time. DoT’s database mentions two Access Service authorizations without any hint of telecom circles.
